Clover Medical is a UK-based medical concierge service founded by UK-trained doctors. We provide guidance, coordination, and support forindividuals seeking healthcare services in the UK. We do not provide direct medical treatment. Instead, we help clients navigate the UK healthcare system, connect with specialists, and arrange consultations or health packages.
2. Scope of Services
Clover Medical offers:
- Guidance on accessing healthcare services in the UK
- Specialist and hospital recommendations
- Coordination of appointments and referrals
- Support with medical documentation and logistics
- Radiology second-opinion services (via Clover Scan Review)
Important: Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions and treatments remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare professionals.
3. Fees and Payments
Our standard consultation fee is £250, which includes the initial consultation (£100) and coordination/referral services (£150). Specialised services (e.g., second-opinion imaging review) follow a tiered pricing model, detailed on our website and provided prior to payment. Payment must be made in full before services are provided.
4. Consent and Information Sharing
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You will be required to sign a Consent Form allowing CloverMedical to securely collect, process, and share your information with our partner consultants, radiologists, or healthcare providers where necessary. You remain responsible for ensuring any medical information you provide (e.g., scans, reports, summaries) is accurate and up to date.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Clover Medical complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All personal and medical data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Timelines
We aim to arrange a virtual consultation within 12–24 hours of receiving your request. Consultation summaries and recommendations are provided within 24hours after the consultation. Imaging reports (Clover Scan Review) are provided within 48 hours, with faster turnaround available for an additional fee.
7. Limitations of Liability
Clover Medical is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, or treatments provided by independent consultants or healthcare providers. We are not liable for any delays, outcomes, or complications resulting from services provided by third-party hospitals, clinics, or specialists. Our role is limited to coordination, guidance, and facilitation.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be refunded at Clover Medical’s discretion. Once services (such as referrals, reviews, or coordination) have commenced, fees are non-refundable.
9. Use of Our Website and Platforms
By using our website, secure platforms, or communication tools, you agree not to misuse them (e.g., uploading malicious files, sharing unauthorised content). Clover Medical is not responsible for technical interruptions or issues beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
